Frog Legs Paula
Ingredients:
2 frog legs rinsed in water
1 egg beaten
ΒΌ cup bread crumbs
1 tea. Lawry's seasoning
1 tablespoon butter
1 tea. Extra Virgin olive oil
Preparation:
Melt butter and Olive oil in fry pan.
Beat egg in a bowl and dip Frog legs in egg mixture coating completely.
Put bread crumbs and Lawry's seasoning in a zip lock bag.
Add frog legs and shake bag gently.
Place legs in frying pan and fry on low to medium heat for approx. 5-7 minutes.
Make sure not to over cook.
Dip Frog legs in Paula's Sweet Sauce.
